Community Vision:
The next four years are very important in dealing with all aspects of our community, Sound planning and solid economic growth  is a must for our growing community.

Economic development of all kinds is critical, be it residential, commercial or industrial.  We must be proactive in planning, promoting, encouraging and securing development. We must also work hard at retaining what we have. Finding, promoting and forming partnerships. This will not only help us broaden our tax base, create employment and provide more affordable housing, it will allow us to continue to grow our services, without adding additional burden on our citizens.

I believe it is time for council to be much more responsible, both fiscally and socially, to the people who elected us. There will be some tough decisions to be made in the next few years. As a council we must weigh the impact that these decisions will have for this term of council and councils to come.
