An application for a Class III Development Permit has been received for 11 Beckwith Street. The applicant proposes to allow for a site specific use of a 5632 square meter four storey apartment building with 51 residential units as well as two commercial units located on the street level. A total of 64 parking spaces have been provided both inside and outside of the building. Several variances have been requested including a reduction in the number and size of parking spaces, front yard, interior yard and rear yard setbacks.
