An application for a Class III Development Permit has been received for 351 Bridge Street.  The property is designated Residential in the Development Permit By-law.  The applicant is proposing to construct two 2 storey apartment buildings.  The proposed buildings will hold a total of 40 residential units with 51 outdoor parking spaces.  Variances have been requested including a reduction in the number of parking spaces, the lot frontage and the front yard setbacks.  Please see the Development Services - Planning page for further information.  Comments can be made at this link and must be received by June 5, 2017.
