An application for a Class III Development Permit has been received for the property located on McGregor Street between Coleman Street and Miguel Street. The application is proposing to construct three 3 to 4 storey apartment buildings containing a total of 148 residential units. There are a proposed 211 parking spaces of which 172 spaces are underground parking. Variances have been requested including a reduction in parking spaces, the size of parking spaces and the amount of landscaped open space in the rear yard.
