Lanark Transportation Association is a not-for-profit that connects people with life-enhancing supports and services. They provide transportation to families, seniors, children, youth and others living in Lanark County and the Town of Smiths Falls so they can attend medical appointments, day programs, counselling services, social service appointments, food programs, etc.

The Carleton Place Public Library is celebrating a big win, Grand Prize in the 2018 TD Summer Reading Club Awards. This is a national award that recognizes and rewards the most innovative and effective TD Summer Reading Clubs in local public libraries across Canada

Christiane Saumier Hired as New Bylaw Officer
The Corporation of the Town of Carleton Place is pleased to announce that Christiane Saumier has been hired as a By-Law Enforcement Officer. Christiane has direct municipal experience having previously worked in the position for the City of Clarence-Rockland.
