DESCRIPTION:You’re not alone. \nIf you feel embarrassed\, angry\, fearful\, anxious\, hurt\, frustrated\, or shameful due to someone you love and deeply care for having major issues with anxiety\, depression\, prescription drugs\, pills\, illegal drugs\, alcohol\, marijuana\, gambling\, anorexia\, bulimia\, and/or abuse.. \nIf so\, you are cordially invited to attend a four-part information series offering an in-depth view of how any of these issues can negatively affect each member of the family. It gives us hope for change by providing ideas and suggestions as to how we can make personal changes which would lead us to enjoying a happier\, healthier life. \nFebruary 5th: The Family Roles\nFebruary 12th: Change\, Acceptance\, Letting Go\nFebruary 19th: Family of Origin\nFebruary 26th: Relationships – Developing a Personal Plan. \nRegistration is required. Only 16 spaces available. You must register to ensure your spot for each session. Register by email or phone\, office@stmarysparishcp.com or call 613-257-1284. \nAt the door: bring your concerns.
