DESCRIPTION:A tribute to Canadian artist\, Lucius O’Brien. \nSince its establishment in 1880\, The National Gallery of Canada has included this painting in its permanent collection. O’Brien had a great affinity with the spectacular forms of nature and rarely has the effect of early morning light dissipating in mist been so memorably evoked.
