Burn Ban for Carleton Place LIFTED
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF) has lifted the Restricted Fire Zone and Carleton Place Fire Department has lifted the burn ban in the Town of Carleton Place.
Please be mindful that conditions remain dry, and you must follow the Open-Air Burn By-law. The By-law is designed to allow you to have small backyard campfires in an enclosed device. The burning of yard waste and brush is not permitted.
