The Public Works Department would like to remind residents that weather, staffing, and supply of materials can impact the construction schedule. Activities anticipated for the upcoming week include the following:
Carmel Street (Lake Ave. East to Munro St.)
Cavanagh Construction will begin construction next week on Carmel Street. Improvements to Carmel Street include the installation of a stormwater catch basin and full road reconstruction including new granular base, new concrete curbs, sidewalk, and asphalt.
Munro Street (Park Ave. to Carmel St.)
Cavanagh Construction will also be starting excavation activities on Munro Street next week in preparation for full road reconstruction. The reconstruction will include replacing the granular base, new concrete curbs, sidewalk, and asphalt.
