Reminder: The Town of Carleton Place municipal facilities, including the Town Hall, are closed to the public. This means that we are unable to accept cash payments for water/taxes, parking tickets, etc., at these locations. However, there is a drop box located to the right of the Police door of the Police/Fire Station located at 15 Coleman Street. This drop box is checked daily and payments are delivered to the Town hall staff for processing.
Preauthorized payment plans are available and access to this form can be found on our website at www.carletonplace.ca or you can email Jennifer at email@example.com and she will email you the form for completion.

Today, the Honourable Diane Lebouthillier, Minister of National Revenue, launched the application process for the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy (CEWS). As of today, employers can apply for the CEWS through My Business Account or through the CRA’s online application portal, and their representatives can apply through Represent a Client.

Today, the Ontario government released A Framework for Reopening our Province, which outlines the criteria Ontario's Chief Medical Officer of Health and health experts will use to advise the government on the loosening of emergency measures, as well as guiding principles for the safe, gradual reopening of businesses, services and public spaces.

Foundation Office Closed - As we face this issue of COVID-19, our priority remains the health and well-being of our donors, employees and volunteers. Therefore, the Foundation office is closed until further notice. To continue to serve you, our staff are working from home as a means of minimizing exposure to the virus. If You Require A Visit to the Hospital - Everyone coming to CPDMH will be screened at the temporary structure in front of the hospital between 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Patients exhibiting symptoms that may be COVID-related will be asked to enter through the Ambulance Bay. There will be a physician and a nurse in the Ambulance Bay. Everyone else will continue to use the front door. From 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., please come to the front entrance and ring the bell.
