An application for a Class III Development Permit has been received for lots 1 through 35 in the plan of subdivision located at the extension of Nelson Street, south of Coleman Street and west of McNeely Avenue.  The applicant is requesting a variance to Section 6.3.2 of Development Permit By-law 15-2015 in regards to extended garage widths.  Comments can be made at this link until May 26, 2020.
