Construction Update - September 21, 2018 Road Closures & Planned Power Outage – Sunday, September 23rd, 2018 Hydro One will be installing new equipment this Sunday, September 23rd, 2018, which will result in a planned power outage. Approximately 450 customers will be impacted. In addition to the power outage, Hydro One will be closing the following streets: Caldwell Street from Lake Avenue West to Wilson Street Victoria Street from Allan Street to Lake Avenue West Affected residents should have received an automated phone call from Hydro One.  They will delay the project if weather conditions are not favourable.
