March 12th, 2014 - Overnight Parking Ban Will Be in Effect This Evening To Allow For Snow Removal.
Parking is prohibited on all town streets between 11 pm and 7 am to allow for snow clearing operations.
Vehicles parked in violation of the ban will be ticketed and towed to the Library Parking Lot on Beckwith Street.

Monday, October 27, 2014 is Election Day for Municipalities and School Board Trustees across the Province of Ontario. For the Town of Carleton Place the following positions may be available to vote for depending upon the nominations papers that are filed on or before Nomination Day.
-Mayor (1 position)
-Deputy Mayor (1 position)
-Councillor (5 positions)
-School Board Trustee (English Public and English Catholic)
-School Board Trustee (French Public and French Catholic)
