The applicant is proposing to construct a three storey mixed use building to include a restaurant space with a patio, office space and six residential apartment units. The developer is requesting a reduction in vehicle parking spaces form 20 to 12 and a reduction in bicycle parking spaces from 19 to 8. Relief to allow parking in the front yard for one barrier free/loading space is also requested as well as recognizing the existing lot frontage of 19m.
