Citizen of the Year 2023

Do you know any exceptional volunteers in Carleton Place? Nominate them for the 2023 Carleton Place Citizen of the Year.

The nomination form is available in hard copy at the Carleton Place Arena (75 Neelin Street) or download the fillable pdf.

The completed document, along with any additional information to support the nomination, must be received on or before November 17th, 2023, at 12 noon.

All documents should be in a sealed envelope and marked confidential, submitted to the Carleton Place Citizen of the Year Committee, c/o Bobbi McCann, 175 Bridge Street, Carleton Place, Ontario, K7C 2V8 OR confidentially by email to bmccann@carletonplace.ca. Only nominations kept confidential will be considered.
