The age old question when you're plant-based is "where do you get your protein from / are you getting enough protein??!!"

The short answer is - there are LOTS of plant-based protein sources and it's actually not that hard to get enough protein on a plant-based diet.

Lately I've been on a high protein kick and I've noticed a big difference in how full and satisfied it makes me feel.
