A statutory virtual public meeting was held this evening as part of the Council agenda to provide an overview of the Development Charges (D.C.) Background Study and proposed By-Law, and to receive public input on the matter. Andrew Grunda from Watson & Associates Economists Ltd presented Council with the revised Development Charges Background Study findings.
Comments related to the Background Study and proposed By-law can be directed to Clerk Stacey Blair at sblair@carletonplace.ca until February 23rd, 2021. A Special Committee of the Whole meeting will be held on March 2nd, 2021 where Council will be discussing policy issues that will be incorporated into the proposed Development Charges By-law and addressing any comments received from the public by the February 23rd deadline.
The 2020 4th quarter Drinking Water Quality Management System (DWQMS) Report was received as information.
