The Public Works Department is anticipating the following construction activities next week:
Alexander Street
The Town of Carleton Place would like to advise residents of Alexander Street that crews from Cavanagh Construction Ltd. will be mobilizing onto the street next week to begin removing the existing asphalt and granular materials as part of the road reconstruction.
Nelson Street West
The Town of Carleton Place and Cavanagh Construction Ltd. will be performing disinfection and watermain commissioning activities next week.
The Town of Carleton Place would like to ensure everyone’s safety and encourage residents, when possible, to avoid these active construction areas. Residents must follow posted signage, and the directions provided by traffic control personnel when they are present.
