It was strange to not see any real pumpkins at pumpkinfest

Would love a brochure or some sort telling where all the activities were and when . Would great to know where they all are located in relation to us stops.

Loved both the buses- very helpful.from Rona into town

I would like to see the Friday night market a bit bigger or down the main drag and have stores participate similar to Almonte’s night markets
Sip n shop?

I loved the love music, however some songs that were sung (Saturday around lunch time) were not appropriate for children (talks of being drunk, sex, etc.). For next year it would be great to maintain the live music but making sure the lyrics are G rated for all of the kiddos there 🙂

Overall kudos to everyone who helped to plan and execute this event - this is what makes Carleton Place such an amazing place to live.

The Halloween movie in the park was such an amazing experience - so cozy! Please have this again!! My only feedback would be to have more vendors onsite - I assumed there would be popcorn available and my kids won't let me hear the end of it. I would have gladly paid for popcorn/soft drinks, etc.

The bouncy castles and vendors during the day were such a hit.

My only feedback is to please do it all over again next year!

I loved Pumpkinfest! I did think there was a lot of activities on Saturday at different venues but not as many on Sunday. Perhaps the events could be spread out on both weekend days?

Kudos to the planning and operations staff for a job well done!

Beer tent

We’re seniors and it was nice to see all the families having fun. A great event.

The junction was great for kids 👍👍👍.
There just doesn’t seem to anything for adults without kids besides walk up and down Bridge st.

Some of the same events that were held on the Saturday also held on the Sunday (more of the kids events/programming/activities)

Either a movie geared more towards a bit younger audiences or a newer Halloween movie. Or perhaps two movie nights one geared for younger children (like 6-10) and another geared for older (like 12-adult)? Also more snacks available for purchase at the movie (water, juice boxes, popcorn, chips, candy, etc)

Event was awesome! Looking forward to participating in even more of the activities next year.

Petting zoo could be a great addition.

Please have the double decker bus again but with a guide who knows Carleton Place or provide a script of sorts so riders hear a bit of town history and facts about the buildings we stopped at ie) All Nations Church, Old Post Office, Wool Growers, Market Square and Town Hall.
It was a wonderful event and the lovely weather made it even better.
Thank you to all the people involved in planning this event!

The weather was great and the streets were packed. Loved it

I loved this event!!
Better than Summerfest and canada day (though the Canada day fire works are awesome)

This had such a variety of events going on all over. I found several that interested me (mini putt, bus and indigenous stories)
3days is great (so we are not dependent on the weather for any given day)

I love the mood of pumpkin fest.. because it is not scary Halloween stuff.. Stay with the innocent pumpkin theme

it had things for adults and kids. .. maybe add some teen activities.

I had friends from out of town and they had a great time too!!

The giant pumpkin for the sister city is why we came back, all of us were disappointed to not find one? I hope you can bring that back and more interactive than last year, whoever was standing there in 2023 didn’t explain anything to us. Just stood there with the pumpkin. Frustrating, giant pumpkins are an integral part of pumpkin fest in a lot of people’s opinion we weren’t the only ones not able to find it. A lot of sad kids and parents.

Having it line up with the Farmers Market Harvest Festival as well.

It was amazing this year! The whole family really enjoyed it, and I wish we’d been able to also attend the kids activities on Sunday as well. Thank you!!

Congratulations to the planning committee and all participants. It was fun! And it was a joy to see so many people in town. I hope the schools are ready for all the little people.

There really wasn't much going on. Only one food truck as well. Pretty lame.
