Virtual Town Hall
The Town of Carleton Place has launched their new Virtual Town Hall (VTH) website which enables residents to view tax and utility accounts online, register pets or renew pet licenses, and set up pre-authorized payments. Lawyers will be able to print tax certificates and pay for them online.
Visit the Carleton Place Virtual Town Hall website to set up your account. We have prepared a User Manual which will assist you with the setup process which you will find below, and on the VTH website. You will need a recent tax and/or utility bill with your account information on it to register for an account.
