The Public Works Department is anticipating the following construction activities next week. Please be mindful that weather can adversely impact the proposed schedule.
Nelson Street West
Thomas Cavanagh Construction Ltd. is currently adjusting iron structures in preparation for top lift asphalt to be applied later next week. In addition to top lift asphalt, crews will be restating driveways and landscaping that were adversely impacted by the road construction.
The Town of Carleton Place would like to ensure everyone’s safety and encourage residents, when possible, to avoid these active construction areas. Residents must follow posted signage, and the directions provided by traffic control personnel when they are present.
