The Town of Carleton Place is in the process of updating its Official Plan. We want to hear your opinions about the Town’s future development, specifically on lands designated as “Strategic Properties”.
The Town has released a survey to collect your thoughts and comments on the matter. The survey can be accessed here: https://arcg.is/1ziKfm and will close on July 12th, 2024.
All residents and stakeholders are encouraged to participate and provide their valuable feedback. Information gathered through this survey will help inform the Town on next steps to ensure policies within the Official Plan are reflective of community priorities.
The results of the survey will help us:
- Identify how the Town should proceed regarding Strategic Properties.
- Identify further criteria for future Strategic Property sites.
- Contribute to the creation of policies for the Strategic Property designation that will support the vision and goals for the Town of Carleton Place as outlined in the Official Plan.
