At last night’s Committee of the Whole meeting, Trisa McConkey, Treasurer, and Guy Bourgon, Director of Public Works, presented the 2025 draft Water and Sewer budget to Council. Staff were given permission to present the draft 2025 Water and Sewer budget to the public for comment at the October 22nd Committee of the Whole meeting.
The public will have the opportunity to provide input on the proposed rate increase until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, November 8th, 2024. The presentation will be available on the Town’s website on October 23rd at www.carletonplace.ca. The final decision on the proposed rate increase will be made by Council at its regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 12th, 2024.
