Asset Management Surveys – Land Improvements

Asset Management – Land Improvements Survey

This part of the survey is based around understanding your experience as an employee of the Town around the service delivered for the land improvements (which consist of boat launches, parking lots, fences, parks & playing fields, playground structures, splash pads as well as trails). Please answer the following questions honestly:

How responsive is the Town to repair issues when faults in land improvements are reported/detected?
Do you believe that using age-based condition is sufficient for portions of this portfolio?
Do you feel that staff/professional based assessments on current condition would be more appropriate for these assets?
Are there adequate resources (staff and money) to maintain the land improvements?
Do you agree with the current approach to lifecycle and maintenance activities performed on the Town's land improvement assets?
Are you a member of the team responsible for land improvements?
