Beginning tonight, Cavanagh will commence overnight construction to cross McNeely Avenue at the Independent grocery store intersection. Crews will be excavating through the intersection to remove the existing sewer line and install a larger-diameter pipe.
Work will start on the east side of the intersection and move westward. Lane reductions will be in place during construction, and OPP officers will be on-site to assist with traffic control. Electronic message boards are currently in place to inform the public. The intersection work is expected to take approximately three (3) nights to complete.
