Get dress up in your Halloween costumes, and grab your goody-bag! Downtown Carleton Place businesses are ready to greet all the little Ghouls and Goblins for a daytime Trick-or-treat!
Look for the Orange and Black Balloons out front of participating businesses & head out for an early Trick-or-treat in Downtown Carleton Place.
