On behalf of the Town of Carleton Place, we would like to thank the 17 houses that registered for the Halloween Home Decorating Contest! No two (2) homes were the same, and our judges had very tough decisions to make!
We are pleased to share that the winners are:
First Place – 38 Allan Street
Second Place – 2 Dowdall Circle
We hope the residents enjoyed this Halloween Tour, and we hope you will join us again for the Let It Glow Light Tour this coming December! Registration opens this Friday at carletonplace.ca
