Road Network

 

This part of the survey is based around understanding your experience as an employee of the Town around the services delivered for the Town’s road network. Please answer the following questions honestly:

 

How satisfied are you with the service availability of the road network within the Town?
Are there excessive numbers of closures or inhibitive load restrictions?
From a service delivery perspective, how satisfied are you with the condition/reliability of the Town’s Road assets?
Are there adequate resources (staff and money) to maintain the road network?
Do you agree with the current approach to lifecycle and maintenance activities performed on the Town's road assets (mill & pave, resurfacing, reconstruction)?
Do you feel more maintenance activities could be added to improve lifecycle performance? (ie. Crack Sealing)

Bridges

This part of the survey is based around understanding your experience as an employee of the Town around the service delivered for the Town’s bridges. Please answer the following questions honestly:

How satisfied are you with the service availability of the Bridges within the Town?
Do you believe that there are sufficient safety features on bridges (railings, signage, lighting)?
How often do you notice closures or restrictions on bridges due to maintenance or safety concerns?
How satisfied are you with the timeliness and effectiveness of repairs and maintenance completed on bridges?
Are there adequate resources (staff and money) to maintain the bridges in town?
Do you agree with the current approach to lifecycle and maintenance activities performed on the Town's Bridges? (OSIM Inspection)
