Kids Fishing Derby

Kick off July and let the kids reel in some summer fun at the Carleton Place Kids Fishing Derby — happening this Saturday, July 5th, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Riverside Park.🎣

🧢 First 125 kids to register (on site) get a free derby cap.

🏆 Every child receives a prize, plus trophies for the biggest catches!

🎁 Free kids raffle for a paddle board package (valued at $1,099).

🍔 Free lunch and refreshments (served at noon with judging).

🚒 Extra guests: OPP, K-9 Unit, and the Carleton Place Fire Department with their fire truck!

📍No pre-registration needed — just show up with your fishing rod and worms and sign up on the day of the event in the centre of Riverside Park, Lake Ave West (follow the signs).
