Residents can expect to see site clearing and tree removal in the area of the McNeely Landing Subdivision (South of Captain A Roy Brown Blvd and east of Highway 15) commencing June 17th, 2024. A tree clearing permit has been issued by the Town in advance of the development of the site as a residential subdivision by Uniform Developments. The site will be the future location of 431 new homes, an elementary school, and a municipal park.
