Step into our kitchen for an intimate, hands-on exploration of classic pie-making crafted entirely from scratch.

At Blue Spoon Atelier, we believe true culinary skill begins with simplicity and quality. In this carefully guided workshop, you will learn to prepare traditional pie dough using organic flour, butter, egg, sea salt and maple syrup transforming four humble ingredients into a beautifully structured, tender crust.

During this immersive session, you will:

• Prepare classic all-butter pie dough by hand

• Understand texture, temperature, and gluten development

• Master rolling, shaping, and elegant crimping techniques

• Fill and assemble your own handcrafted pie

• Learn baking principles for consistent results at home

 

Each participant will leave with:

• One fully baked pie

• A printed Blue Spoon recipe card

• Practical techniques to recreate the experience at home
